The combined company will operate as Presagia Corp., with its head office in Montreal, Canada.This merger reflects Presagia and AWR’s overall goal to provide employers with highly innovative solutions that enable the strategic management of employee health, absence and disability. Together, Presagia and AWR will offer the most comprehensive health information management tools available to facilitate effective decision-making and strategic management of employee health. Presagia software promotes more efficient processes that reduce employee healthcare costs and create a more productive workforce.
